  3. The Terms and Conditions define the conditions and rules for the use of the Service Provider's website available at www: https: //akademia-sportu.net.pl/ (hereinafter: "Site" or "Website"), in particular the conditions and rules for the use of the contact form available on our Website.

  1. The Service Provider provides an electronic service only in the scope of the contact form, by means of which the User may send an enquiry.
  2. The contact form is only used to obtain information relating to the business activities carried out by the Service Provider.

  3. Fill in all the data necessary to send your request, i.e.

  3. It is forbidden to provide someone else's personal and/or contact details unless that person has consented to provide them and has previously read the Terms and Conditions.

It is forbidden for the User to provide content of an unlawful nature, including in particular the use of vulgarisms, the propagation of hatred, the provision of offensive content that infringes anyone's personal rights. It is also forbidden to use the form in a manner that violates the rules of social coexistence and good manners.

  1. The Site is for information purposes only. It is not possible to conclude a contract with the Service Provider directly through the Site. All advertising materials made available on the Site - including descriptions of services, photographs, videos, price lists and calendars are of a promotional nature.
  2. In order to conclude a contract with the Service Provider, the Service Provider must be contacted and a separate contract must be concluded with the Service Provider - after the scope and other essential elements of the contract have been agreed.

  1. The User may lodge a complaint about a non-functioning contact form or other irregularities related to its functioning.
  2. The complaint should indicate, among other things, the contact address to which a reply to the complaint is to be sent.
  3. The complaint should be submitted by e-mail to: akademiasportu.gliwice@gmail.com.
  4. The Service Provider shall respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving the complaint, to the contact address indicated in the content of the complaint.
  5. The Service Provider may request the User to supplement the information necessary to consider the complaint. If the information needs to be supplemented, the Service Provider is obliged to respond to the complaint within 14 days of the User supplementing the content of the complaint in a manner sufficient to resolve the complaint.
  6. The Service Provider is not obliged to consider anonymous complaints or those containing incorrect contact details.
