Terms and conditions of Sports Academy classes
1. classes of learning and perfecting the game of tennis are conducted in groups at all levels and different age ranges.
Participants, after verification of their skills by the instructor, are qualified to the appropriate group.
As they make progress, they are individually promoted to higher programme groups.
(3) Class duration is 55-60 minutes.
(4) Classes take place on a specified site by the instructor on a specified date and time.
5. absence of a student from a class means that it is not possible to make up the class. Absences are to be reported at the latest one day before the scheduled training to the owner of the company at 607-742-828 (preferably by text message).
(6) It is possible to make up (in another group) up to one month from the time of the participant's absence from classes, after agreeing the date, time and place with the owner of the company.
(7) The Sports Academy company does not refund payments for absences.
(8) Fees for classes should be paid in advance for one month, by the 10th day of each month at the latest.
9. the company owner of the classes allows the following forms of payment:
- to the bank account: 62 1050 1298 1000 0092 1044 3223
- with the company owner or the leading trainer
(If there are problems with making the payment, please contact us).
(10) In case of damage to property by children, their parents/legal guardians are responsible.
(11) The parent/legal guardian is obliged to bring the child to the class and notify the lead trainer.
(12) The instructor in charge is responsible for the participants from the start of the class until the end of the class. Parents/legal guardians are responsible for their children before and after the class.
(13) The Sports Academy Company is not responsible for any items left by participants during classes.
(14) During the course the participant is obliged to follow the instructions of the instructor.
(15) A participant joining a course must submit a written declaration that there are no health contraindications to taking part in activities of this kind
In the case of minors, this declaration is to be made by a parent/legal guardian. 16.
16. failure to attend a class and not informing the owner of the Academy of this fact in advance (the day before at the latest) will result in the need to pay for the unpaid court and the trainer's time.
